Signature Catering uses a database to hold the enquiry web form information which allows our customers to contact us, we will respond by phone or email to your enquiry. The information is entered into a database so technically stored. You must give Consent for the form to be submitted, so you are acknowledging that you are sending us your personal/business information so we can process your enquiry.

But we will never pass this data onto a third party, we may add it to our Signature Catering Mailing list. This list is our primary customer database, it has the ability to unsubscribe or amend your personal data - allowing you to unsubscribe at any time, we will not be able to re-add you to our list.

Information we will collect to process your enquiry: IP Address, Postcode, Name, Telephone, Email, Company, No. Staff, Menu Option, Delivery Time, Date of Lunch, Extras, GDPR Consent for mailing list.

Who has access to your personal data: Signature Catering, Mailchimp, Website. We do use Google Analytics on this site.

You can lodge a data subject access request: You can email us at any time to remove your personal data from our systems. - orders@signaturecatering.co.uk

How long will we hold your personal data: The website will only hold your enquiry information for a max 3 months and then will be deleted unless you have consented to be added to our mailing list until you unsubscribe.
