Invoicing
All invoices will be emailed to the orderer or another nominated recipient e.g. your accounts dept. Please ensure the invoice is made available to your accounts payable department to allow timely payment. All prices on the website are exclusive of VAT.
Terms of payment
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, card or bank transfer.
Delivery time
To avoid any issues, we strongly request you ask for your order delivery time to be at least half an hour before the time you wish it to be served.
Delivery Charge
Free delivery within a 10 mile radius
Substitutions
Substitutions may occasionally have to be made on the delivery day without notice, particularly for late or same day orders. We apologise for this and do our best not to let this happen
Cancellations
24 hours notice is required for a cancellation. Any orders cancelled on the same day as delivery will unfortunately incur a 100% cancellation charge.
Additional information
Disposable cutlery, plates and serviettes are included in the price.

Signature Catering uses a database to hold the enquiry web form information which allows our customers to contact us, we will respond by phone or email to your enquiry. The information is entered into a database so technically stored. You must give Consent for the form to submit, so you are acknowledging that you are sending us your personal/business information so we can process your enquiry.
But we will never pass this data onto a third party, we may add it to our Signature Catering Mailing list. This list is our primary customer database, it has the ability to unsubscribe or amend you personal data - allowing you to unsubscribe at anytime, we will not be able to re-add you to our list.
Information we will collect to process your enquiry: IP Address, Postcode, Name, Telephone, Email, Company, No. Staff, Menu Option, Delivery Time, Date of Lunch, Extras, GDPR Consent for mailing list.
Who has access to your personal data: Signature Catering, Mailchimp, Website. We do use Google Analytics on this site.
You can lodge a data subject access request: You can email us at anytime to remove your personal data from our systems. This email address is being protected from spambots. How long will we hold your personal data: The website will only hold your enquiry information for a max 3 months and then will be deleted unless you have consented to be added to our mailing list then until you unsubscribe.
